Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Swinton, Salford

Salary: Up to £25,000pa DOE

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

· Setting up warranties for customers and ensuring they are completed in time for collection.

· Chasing dealerships for all relevant paperwork in order to pay deals for the sales team.

· Completing SECCI calls with the customers and confirming all vehicle & financial details.

· Ensuring all proofs such as Driving Licence and any other relevant information is accurate and processed.

· Arranging collections for customers after we have successfully paid out their deal.

Experience Required:

· Highly organised and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with daily challenges

· Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently

· Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential

Work Schedule:

· 42 hours per week (Full-Time)

· Monday to Friday between 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM

· One Saturday per month, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
