Salary £24k-£26k DOE

Role Overview

My client is a leading signage supplier to blue chip clients nationwide and are looking to expand their client service team by adding a Project Coordinator with the potential to train to become a Project Manager to help in their busy Projects Office. The role will be very varied with no two days being the same.

The Role:

  • Receiving, logging and forwarding all incoming calls
  • Using the firm’s integrated Job Management System for the effective processing, delivery and storage of information
  • First Contact administration
  • Undertake photocopying as required
  • Undertaking other clerical and administrative duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of the firm’s and clients’ documentation and information and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations at all times
  • Working closely with the Projects Team, Installation Teams and Production
  • Compiling RAMS – Risk Assessment and Method Statement
  • Organising work permits
  • Coordinate and manage projects ensuring the successful completion within defined timelines
  • Booking and coordinating subcontract crews
  • Collaborate with various stake holders including clients, contactors and internal teams to establish project scope, timeframes and budgets
  • Monitor project progress, identify any potential risks and find solutions to resolve them

The Candidate

To be successful in your application, you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Come from a signage background in a similar role
  • Knowledge of signage manufacture and fabrication
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adhere to the excellent client care standards set by the firm
  • Friendly, approachable and enthusiastic
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Detailed and accurate in written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to project a positive image for the firm.
  • Organised and able to prioritise, working on multiple tasks at one time
  • Proficiency in use of IT packages including Microsoft Outlook; Excel; Word etc
  • Team player
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
