Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can take the vision of our exclusive Car Hotel and turn it into reality. Located in the heart of Kensington, London, our Car Hotel is a luxury service offering premium vehicle storage, care, and personalised experiences for high-end clientele. This role is not for the average hotel manager—it’s for someone with top-tier project management skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for innovation. You will oversee the entire operation, ensuring it exceeds expectations at every level.
ResponsibilitiesInnovation & Project Execution:
- Take ownership of the Car Hotel project from concept to execution, continuously improving and innovating the operation to maintain its luxury standard and exclusivity.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, streamline operations, and position the Car Hotel as a leader in its niche.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, precision, and a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement processes for vehicle intake, storage, and retrieval with an uncompromising focus on care and attention to detail.
Client-Centered Service:
- Deliver a highly personalised and premium experience for clients, catering to their specific needs and concerns.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service that aligns with their expectations of luxury.
Team Leadership:
- Build and manage a small, elite team of staff who reflect the high standards of the Car Hotel.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team delivers excellence in service, safety, and professionalism.
Luxury Vehicle Care:
- Collaborate with trusted service providers for maintenance, detailing, and repairs to ensure all vehicles are kept in peak condition.
- Maintain strict security and climate-control measures to protect and preserve every vehicle in the facility.
Financial & Administrative Oversight:
- Manage bookings, billing, and accounts with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring clients have a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Monitor budgets, operational costs, and revenue streams, always seeking ways to optimise financial performance.
Facility Management & Security:
- Ensure the facility is immaculate, organised, and reflective of the luxury brand image at all times.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive security systems to protect both the facility and the vehicles it houses.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Leadership Experience: Track record of successfully managing luxury projects or services, with a focus on innovation and execution.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong ability to take an idea, build a plan, and execute it effectively, ensuring results meet or exceed expectations.
- Luxury Service Background: Experience working with high-end clientele in industries like hospitality, automotive, or bespoke services.
- Organisational Excellence: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritise, and maintain focus on delivering the highest standards.
- Communication Mastery: Superior interpersonal and customer service skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of Luxury Vehicles: Familiarity with premium car brands and basic vehicle maintenance is a strong advantage.
- Tech Savvy: Competence in using booking systems, payment platforms, and record-keeping tools.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate the needs of our clientele.
