The Role

As our Property Maintenance Manager, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our facilities are in top-notch condition and reflective of our brand’s premium image. This is a dynamic and diverse role where no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Painting and Decorating: Keeping our spaces fresh and visually stunning with high-quality painting and finishing work.
  • General Maintenance: Conducting repairs and upkeep of equipment, furniture, and facilities to ensure everything functions perfectly.
  • Caretaking Duties: Managing the cleanliness, safety, and usability of our premises.
  • Facility Improvements: Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance our work environment.
  • Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Problem Solving: Tackling unexpected challenges and finding practical solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with our teams to support their needs and contribute to the overall success of the business.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is practical, adaptable, and enthusiastic about maintaining a high standard in everything they do. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance, caretaker, or similar role.
  • Strong skills in painting, decorating, and general repair work.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eye for detail.
  • Mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and performing basic troubleshooting tasks.
  • Excellent project management skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bradford BD1 4SX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
