Equipment Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for an Equipment Coordinator to join a world leading organisation within the service industry.

Warehouse Coordinator’s Duties

  • You will be fully responsible for your designated jobs in ensuring that everything requested for the customers is supplied in the required time scale and to the expected standards.
  • Coordinate the hire order, receipt, despatch, returns and reconciliation process of technical equipment from specialist third party vendors.
  • Coordinating and liaising with the return department, customers and drivers.
  • Improve Individual Productivity while maintaining/improving Quality of work produced.
  • Ensuring that all equipment within the department can be correctly located and safely stored and accounted for on the Company computer systems.
  • To keep a log of all raised hire PO’s and recording hire dates to flag for end of usage and return dates

Experience required for the Warehouse Coordinator position

  • Excellent previous relevant experience within the hire or rental industry
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel and inventory tracking systems
  • Able to work in a challenging and high pressured environment;
  • Self-motivated, reliable, flexible and hard working;
  • Proactive approach in all aspects of work, who contributes to challenging everyday processes and procedures to find more effective and efficient ways of improving the operation (Continuous Improvement);
  • Clear, confident and precise communicator whether written or verbal;
