Commercial Cleaners

KWL is looking forCleaners to join our growing team.

  • Salary £25,247pa.
  • Basic 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday
  • 21 days holiday (excluding 8 bank holidays) rising to 26 days after five years
  • Defined Benefit Pension Scheme with c. 18.5% employer contributions (and 3 x salary life cover)

KWL is one of the largest construction and maintenance contractors in Hull. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic candidates to join our team to deliver general repairs and maintenance works on a variety of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming or washing timber/concrete floors.
  • Cleaning all the surfaces of the bath/shower room and kitchen.
  • Scrubbing and sanitizing of sinks, toilets, baths etc.
  • Cleaning windows, inside/outside of cupboards etc.
  • Dusting of surfaces such as window ledges.
  • Removing cobwebs, grease and dirt from door handles, light switches etc.
  • Driving a company vehicle and conducting the necessary daily checks.
  • Cleaning appliances such as mobile cooking units so they can be reused.
  • Complete documentation (electronic or paper) in order to accurately maintain the company’s financial system.
  • Use fungi wash to clean blackspot mould from any surfaces encountered.
  • A full driving license is required for this role.

Requirements:

The post holder will be required to:

  • Work alone and/or as part of a team.
  • Drive a company vehicle.
  • Wear PPE/RPE as required e.g. face mask, gloves etc.
  • Maintain communication with supervisors throughout the cleaning process.
  • Work within tenanted and empty domestic properties.
  • Maintain a van stock and ensure tools are well looked after.
  • Complete basic training required for the role e.g., asbestos awareness, working at height

Minster Cleaning are a commercial cleaning company in Cardiff. Our clients are based in Cardiff and the surrounding areas.

This year Minster Cleaning celebrates 40 years of commercial cleaning success across the UK. The South Wales branch has been operating for 19 years.

We are currently looking to recruit cleaners to join the Minster Cleaning Team. Our client is based in Cardiff.

There are 3 sites all together. It is preferable to drive (they are all within 5 – 10 minute of each other). All Sites can be completed during office hours. They are listed as below:

Job 1: Cleaner

Location: CF10 4XZ

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Hours: Tuesdays and Fridays, 3 hours per shift 7:30 am-10:30am (6 hours per week)

Job 2: Cleaner

Location: CF10 4ED

Pay: £12.25 per hour

Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, 2 hours per shift 7 am – 9 am (6 hours per week)

Job 3: Cleaner

Location: CF24 2RZ

Pay: £12.25 per hour

Hours: Tuesdays and Thursday 2.5 hours per shift (5 hours per week)

The total of hours of all 3 jobs combined is 17 hours per week.

Duties include: We use a clocking in/out system when you are on site via an app which you need to download onto your smartphone. Mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins and other associated cleaning duties in line with our client specification. Cleaning touch points.

Mayd 4U are looking to recruit a cleaner to join our friendly team. We are looking for cleaners for hours ranging from 6.30am until 2.30 pm Monday to Friday in and around the East Kilbride area for office cleaning.
