Receptionist/Parts Ordering

Job Description

Joining us as a Receptionist/Customer Relationship Assistant at KRB MOTORS will mean delivering unbeatable customer service whilst carrying out your daily duties.

Your Duties will consist of:

Booking customers cars in over the phone and in person

Quoting Customers

Invocing and taking payments through our online invoicing systerm -Mamsoftware

Taking customers details and contact customers

Ringing for parts

The ideal candidate would be a person with some technical knowledge regarding motor vehicles but this is not essential.

About You

You will have a a full valid UK driving license. You will be used to working as a part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate an honest and diligent approach to work. Being in a busy workshop, you will have a flexible approach to time keeping and pay attention to the finer details.

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
