Full Job description:
Salary: £500-£540 per week
Location: Bexley
Contract: Contract
Hours: 8:30AM-4:00PM Mon-Friday

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant: Candidate specification:
- Graduated with a 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Health and Social care and sociology (or related field)
- Strong academic background through GCSE and A-levels.
- Previous experience working with children (desirable) and a genuine desire to support those with SEN.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new strategies for supporting SEN students.
- Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant: Job specification:
- Supporting students with SEN needs by providing one-one or small group sessions.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet individual student needs.
- Build trusting relationships to support students social and emotional development.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Work closely with the SENCo to implement individual progress plans.
