What we can offer you

Our playground could be your workplace. In exchange for your commitment, enthusiasm and passion you will get a lot in return, not just from the children, but from us also! kinderzimmer UK has a market-leading benefits package which is tailored to the individual employee’s needs.

The benefits package includes but is not limited to;

  • An opportunity to complete your Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification in Early Years
  • A free childcare place for your child at a kinderzimmer nursery
  • Access to 24 hour counselling
  • Workwear allowance
  • Annual personal development budget
  • Wellness day
  • Annual subscriptions to market leading fitness and mental health apps
  • And much much more!

Who you are

At kinderzimmer UK, we celebrate individuality and embrace diverse approaches to education, believing it enriches the experiences we create for children. We’re looking for educators who bring their own unique style, whether that means diving right in and leading hands-on activities, setting up inviting resources for children to explore independently, or stepping back to let children initiate and complete tasks on their own. Instead of prescribing a single teaching method, we want to understand what makes you shine so we can place you in the nursery environment where your approach will truly thrive. So, whatever your style, we’d love to hear from you!
