Cleaning Team Leader (Deep Cleaning Services)

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Operations Department the cleaning team leader will be tasked with the main responsibilities of:

• Work alongside the existing cleaning team on site ensuring that high standards are being met
• Training, Recruiting & Auditing
• Undertake surveys on site prior to works taking place

Candidate

Candidates wishing to apply to the role should have:

• The Ability to organise their time well, manage their own diary to ensure all duties are fulfilled and be able to respond to urgent client requests
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate at all levels, with both employees and clients
• Previously worked in a similar position
• Great people management skills
• A good level of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Package

The Successful candidate will receive a starting annual salary of £24,000 (dependent on experience)+ opportunities for progression and development.
