We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a B2B Client Account executive who is personable, organised and highly motivated with excellent customer service and business development skills to join our expanding team at Carrington Manchester.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer services by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status updates.
  • Maintain customer accounts by updating contact information and order details.
  • Collaborate with other departments and colleagues in China to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • A proven background in sales/account management.
  • Experience working against KPI’s is advantageous.
  • Experience in a printing or packaging industry is advantageous.
  • A passion for learning and improving your product knowledge is a MUST.
  • Excellent client interaction / organisation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions for customers.
  • Polite, friendly manner, whilst being driven to succeed and deliver.
  • Able to work under pressure to deadlines and targets.
  • Office based with a willingness to travel to client project / support projects when required.
  • Willingness to undertake training modules set out by the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Mandarin language skill is preferable.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
