Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our grocery store and bubble tea outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth operations, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. The Store Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth, maintaining high brand standards, and ensuring the store runs efficiently and profitably. This role requires someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, and able to motivate their team to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage inventory control, ensuring the store is always stocked with fresh products.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and presentation are up to brand standards.
  • Implement health and safety procedures to comply with regulations.

Sales & Performance:

  • Achieve store sales targets by implementing effective strategies to drive revenue.
  • Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify high-performing products and ensure they are promoted effectively in-store.

Customer Experience:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring high service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Train staff to provide excellent customer service and promote upselling opportunities.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle their roles.
  • Create staff schedules and manage day-to-day performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and motivation to ensure staff meet performance goals.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 year experience in Store Manager role in F&B sector
  • Proven ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of store operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and implementation skills.
  • Language: Mandarin (preferred)
  • Food Hygiene LvL. 2
  • Personal alcohol license (preferred, training available)
