Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2pm – 6:00pm
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Requirements:

• Experienced Reach & Counterbalance Driver (MUST have valid, in-date licences for both).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of warehousing and distribution systems and processes.
• Ability to handle stock with care, ensuring minimal risk of damage during storage or transit.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, well-organised, and able to prioritise tasks.
• Flexible, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist in all areas of the warehouse.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with the team.
• Must be reliable and able to provide references, as this is a key holder position.

Job Description:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring all procedures are followed to maintain accuracy and product quality.
• Follow all procedures for goods in and out, ensuring all stock is checked and recorded properly.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Perform general cleaning duties, such as sweeping aisles, emptying bins, cleaning working areas, and ensuring the warehouse remains tidy and safe at all times.
• Lock up the warehouse at the end of the shift and set alarms.
• Support the team in completing all tasks to a high standard, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all Inbound/Outbound paperwork is completed and in place.
• Overtime may be required if loads run late, and flexibility is needed.

This position involves a significant focus on cleaning duties to maintain a safe and tidy environment. Experience in a similar role is essential, as is the ability to meet the physical demands of working in a fast-paced environment.

References are required due to the key holder responsibilities of this role.
