Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Opportunity
Insulation working Foreman within our Shell St Fergus contract working under the Insulation supervisor on various maintenance activities and CUI campaign.
Key Responsibilities
· Direct point of contact for the insulation team to try and resolve any issues on the work face
· Cover for insulation supervisor during leave periods (Uplifted rate for this duty)
· Responsible for workshop area and equipment within the shop
· Assigning tasks for the day to the team of insulators
· Motivate and encourage team members to meet deadlines
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
· Strong knowledge of insulation materials and techniques
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and insulation specifications
· Excellent leadership, communication & organisational skills
· Strong safety leadership
· Strong time management skills to allow deadlines to be met
· Good attention to detail
· P-Vision Knowledge – Advantageous
Requirements of role:
· TICA card – In date
· Oil and Gas/Site Experience – Minimum 5 years
· ESCA Rates of pay
· Core position
· Mon – Thurs 08:00 – 16:30 Fri – 08:00 – 14:00 – OT available
