The Driver Role
This is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday, 07:30 – 16:30 (30 mins for lunch), at our Gottlieb Packaging site in Trafford Park, Manchester. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver who will also take on warehouse duties as required. You will be working in a small team and usually driving a Ford Transit Curtain-sider size vehicle but must be able and willing to drive an 18 tonne vehicle (Class 2) with the necessary licence. You must also be willing and able to undertake warehouse duties when required and ideally hold a current Counter-Balance FLT licence. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for transporting goods to various locations but will also assist with warehouse tasks.

  • To usually drive 3.5 tonne company vehicle (ford transit curtain-sider) to deliver to customers or collect from suppliers as required (Northwest only)

We help new employees settle in through central College induction events and local induction activities. We also provide a range of essential information through our online learning packages. These cover various topics including Equality, Safeguarding, Health & Safety at Work, to name a few.
