Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

  • Assist the marketing manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility.

Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Support Marketing Strategy: Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies for our automotive SaaS product, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

  • Campaign Coordination: Help coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and case studies, ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing strategy and resonates with target audiences.

  • SEO Support: Contribute to the execution of the SEO strategy, optimizing content to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.


Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage Social Media Accounts: Create impactful content and manage the company’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.), ensuring regular posting of relevant content and engaging with followers.

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitors and market trends, providing insights to inform marketing strategy.

  • Customer Segmentation: Assist in identifying target audience segments and gathering data to refine marketing campaigns and improve targeting.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals, providing support for lead generation and customer acquisition activities.

  • Product & Customer Success Support: Collaborate with product and customer success teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and create content that addresses these insights.


Reporting & Data Analysis:

  • Track Key Metrics: Help track and report on key marketing metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and social media engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:


Essential:

  • Content Creation: Experience with writing or creating content for blogs, social media, or other digital platforms.
