About the Role

As an Lead Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with potential clients, generating interest, and booking high-quality demos. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of Mobile Rocket.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects—meaning your communication skills and enthusiasm will be vital in shaping how they perceive our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry networking.
- Outreach: Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media to spark interest and build relationships.
- Qualify Leads: Understand prospects’ needs to ensure they’re a great fit for our solutions before passing them to the sales team.
- Demo Scheduling: Book meetings and demos for our Account Executives while ensuring a seamless handover.
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM system (Salesforce) up-to-date with accurate records of all interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimise strategies and share market insights.
