Job Description
Driver Hire Southampton is expanding, and we’re looking for reliable Class 2 HGV Drivers to work with a prestigious new client in the Southampton area.
Role Overview:
As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you’ll help keep the community clean by collecting bin bags along a set route. You’ll be driving a Class 2 vehicle and doing some physical tasks, including lifting bags into the dustcart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Start work between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday
- Complete 8-hour shifts
- Drive a Class 2 vehicle
- Pass training induction with our client
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK Class 2 Driving Licence
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Own transport for commuting
- Experienced as well as newly qualified drivers welcome
- Good timekeeping and reliability
