• Basic Salary £25,000 – OTE £50,000

Responsibilities:

• The Business Manager is responsible for introducing all customers to our range of finance and insurance products
• Ensuring the smooth handling of customer documentation and payment
• Responsible for leading the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager
• Gain in-depth knowledge of finance and insurance related products and selling them appropriately to customers in a regulated, process driven manner
• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss finance and insurance options
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Maximise impact of showroom and external vehicle display areas

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience within a business manager role within the motor industry.
• Keen eye for detail
• Experience within regulated and process led environments
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Experience:
