The salary range is to reflect the different pay bands for age ranges as set out by the government.

JOB PURPOSE;

To be a staff member within a successful Sales team in a call centre environment, supporting them with their enquiries and speaking to learner drivers.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Making and receiving calls to learner drivers who have enquired about driving lessons, discussing their needs and confidently advising them of the packages available.
• Responding to queries through CRM software (SMS, Email, Social Media)
• Checking receipt of payments. Tracing payments through our payments platform and ensuring they match the trainee’s record.
• Maintaining spreadsheets and collating data.
• Basic office filing, both manual and digital.

SKILLS REQUIRED;

• Able to work from own initiative.
• The ability to adapt to a fast-changing business.
• Computer literate
• Able to work in a small office and call centre environment.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Planning and organisation skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to manage own workload and time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14,722.50-£23,809.50 per year
