Job Overview:
Would you like to help customers find that perfect dress? We are seeking an experienced Sales consultant (5 years +) in luxury and premium products to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
– Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
– Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling
– Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
– Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge

-Manage and tidy stock room and have a good in depth knowledge of all stock

– Contributing to the maintenance of shop standards and keeping all dresses well presented on the racks

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a sales role in luxury or premium products
– Positive can do attitude with flexible working approach

-A strong understanding and enthusiasm for the product
-Outgoing team player with excellent communication skills

– Immaculately well presented

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
