About Us
We are Down The Hatch, an authentic Canadian diner focusing on diner style food with a fresh locally sourced twist, big flavours, huge portions and all things Canadian! With an amazing share of tips, with 100% of the tips going to the team. Pay is bi-weekly. We are open Monday-Sunday 8:30am-5:00pm. NO LATE NIGHTS!
We focus on huge portions, dirty burgers, loaded fries, wings to mention a few!
We are looking for Supervisor with previous barista experience to join our team. Someone with a big personality that excels in giving great customer service and who enjoys the thrill of a fast paced and busy service. The job also involves working very closely as part of a team, so you must be able to work well with and support others.
Main Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe environment.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in training new staff members on barista skills and responsibilities
