Job Title: Assistant Food & Beverage Outlets Manager

Reporting To: Food & Beverage Outlets Manager/ Operations Manager

Purpose of the Role: Manage the day to day operations of the Restaurant ,Bar and Terrace

Ensure professional service standards are maintained at all time with our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Function

  • To ensure that all guests are served in a professional and efficient manner.
  • To ensure that while you are at work all duties are carried out as per hotel standards.
  • To ensure you work within the control system as set out by the hotel.
  • To attend a Departmental Team Brief each month as required.
  • To participate in departmental discussions and to encourage two way interchange of ideas and suggestions.
  • To read any documentation which may be given to you and to ensure that you query any areas of confusion or doubt in order to ensure no misunderstanding.
  • To ensure that you perform your duties according to the standards laid down.
  • To work in such a way that you achieve a ‘right first time, every time’ method of working.
  • To advise your manager of any constructive ideas you may have for the improvement of any part of the hotel’s operation.
  • To carry out your duties with the understanding that someone else in the hotel is your customer to whom you have a duty of care.
  • To ensure that a warm, friendly and welcoming approach is extended to all customers, visitors and employees and to endorse and maintain good working relations within the hotel.
  • To use initiative in order to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • To sustain a high level of product knowledge and an awareness of the changing techniques and technology within the industry.
  • To participate in ensuring the safety & security of guests, personnel & company property at all times through compliance with all fire, evacuation, safety, first aid & security procedures.
  • To maintain optimum use of working hours & personal organisation to ensure that business needs are met.
  • Operate all equipment in accordance with instructions & training received.
  • Attend all meetings, training sessions or activities as requested by the management.
  • Undertake any reasonable task as requested by any member of the Management Team.
  • Ensure you adhere to policies and procedures as set out in the staff handbook.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,680.00 per year
