Job Description

Studying recipes, setting up menus, and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests.

Shifts are 7am-2pm / 10am-6pm or 7am/6pm 2Days off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Breakfast Chef/ Commi Chef – Experience/ Skills:

Double Tree by Hilton is set in beautiful 25 acres of land, St Annes manor is a stunning property only 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport. The Hotel has 170 bedrooms, 8 meeting rooms including the St Anne’s suite which can cater for up to 250 people

What we are looking for from you:

As a Breakfast Chef you will:

  • Be working 5 days out of 7 starting at 5.30am until 1.30pm with two days off together.
  • Be able to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Deliver a buffet style service for our hotel guests to the ‘Hilton brand standard’
  • Passion for service and presentation in everything you do
  • Ensure you have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.

Desirable

  • Best if you have previous experience in a similar role
  • Level 3 Food Safety would be an advantage
