Job Description: We are seeking a fun, friendly, and outgoing Dental Nurse to join our reputable team! As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality locum dental nurse care in and around the Trowbridge area. You’ll work alongside various dental professionals in a variety of settings, assisting them in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth operations.
No experience is needed as we offer a comprehensive mentorship program that will provide you with all the tools, support, and resources you need to successfully navigate your locum journey. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys collaborating with teams and providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dental professionals in providing supportive patient care and treatments
- Ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for patients
- Manage your own working schedule efficiently and professionally
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, colleagues, and the Dlux Smiles bookings team
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Adapt to different dental practices and work environments
Skills & Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with relevant experience in a dental setting
- Excellent patient care skills, showing empathy and understanding
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own schedule
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Driving licence or access to transport (preferred)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work flexibly
