About the Right Candidate:
Superior Customer Service: Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
Passion for Quality Coffee: A keen interest in specialty coffee.
Skillful Barista: Experience in a fast-paced coffee environment, proficient in multiple coffee types.
Latte Art and Coffee Knowledge: Understanding of milk texturing, brew ratios, extraction, and ability to produce latte art patterns.
Honest and Engaging: Straightforward yet charismatic in interactions with customers and team.
Attention to Detail: Focused and proactive approach to work.
Areas of Responsibility:
Customer Service: Deliver top-rate customer service at all times.
Coffee Quality: Maintain high standards of coffee quality and workflow.
Coffee Preparation: Make and serve espresso-based and filter coffees.
Supporting the Team: Assist the Head Barista in quality control and collaborate with colleagues across all shop areas.
Store Operations: Contribute to the smooth daily running of the store, including maintenance and cleaning.What We Offer:

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
