Senior HR Officer / Office Administrator
Job Description
A really lovely, varied HR / Office Support role is the best way to describe this role. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and stand-alone HR and Recruitment support, maintaining office facilities, and supporting the wider business and leadership team.
Hours of work 8.00-4.30 or 9-5.30. Office-based, with one day WFH.
Salary £30,000-£35,000. Benefits include 25 days holiday, a generous pension scheme, private healthcare and more.
MAIN DUTIES
· Managing HR duties, including Recruitment, offer letters, scheduling interviews, starters, onboarding and leavers process. Coordinating training, managing pensions and benefits, coordinating staff surveys.
· Organising quarterly staff social events
· Meeting and greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms and overseeing the office maintenance
· Providing admin support to senior managers, including diary management and travel
· Point of contact for customer queries
ABOUT YOU
· HR experience is essential
· IT savvy including, MS Office
· Flexible, adaptable and happy to help and cover for others
· Enjoys multitasking and juggles a variety of tasks
· High attention to detail
