Why This Role?

As Finance Manager – Operations Controllership, you’ll oversee the accurate and timely delivery of month-end close, ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX controls.

From managing lease accounting to contributing to finance transformation projects, this role offers a blend of technical expertise and strategic collaboration.

You’ll work closely with senior finance leadership as well as FP&A, business partnering teams, and offshore partners, giving you exposure across the wider business. This is more than a technical accounting role—it’s an opportunity to champion best practices, implement change, and support the organisation through its ongoing finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and lease accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX.
• Collaborate with finance teams and offshore partners to deliver efficient reporting processes.
• Manage audit deliverables and support statutory accounts preparation.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to global finance transformation initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with experience in IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX environments.
• A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyse and report data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
