We require an enthusiastic and caring individual to assist a 79yr old paraplegic male to assist him to live independently within his home with a small team of other PA’s.

This role is to support the male in all aspects of daily living both within his home (including personal care) and out in the community. Experience in care and using a ceiling track hoist is preferred, however full training will be given.

Training will also be provided for clinical tasks required such as catheter care.

You will need to work independently and double up at times with other PA’s.

Please note this is a non-smoking position due to client experiencing COPD.

A DBS will be paid for by the employer.

You will require access to you own vehicle due to the remote location of the house.

25hrs a week available,

25hrs a week likely split 10hrs day shift and 15hrs night shifts. Days and hours to be mutually agreed.

Flexibility essential to be able to cover holidays and sickness within the team.

Hourly pay rate is £15.00 per hour
