Dinmore Leisure is a family run Motorhome Sales & Service Business based in Herefordshire, Selling & Servicing New & Pre-Owned Motorhomes / Campervans

We are main agents for Adria, Bailey and Dethleffs. We have earned and maintained a fantastic reputation which we have built over the 45 years in business and you will be a pivotal member in protecting this and making the business even better.

We have a position for an extremely motivated Full-Time Motorhome Sales Person to join our team of helpful and friendly staff with immediate effect.

Key Skills include: Excellent Communication Skills, Flexibility, Excellent Customer Care Skills, Good organisation and Administration Ability, Coupled with a Full UK Drivers Licence. Ability to learn a practical working knowledge of the habitation and mechanical specifications of the vehicles.

The successful applicant will join a very effective Sales Department, responsible for selling a wide range of both new and used Motorhomes, Campervans and occasionally Caravans. Although mostly based at Hope under Dinmore you will also be representing the company at various exhibitions throughout the Country ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Ideally you would have previously worked within the industry or have experience in a similar busy sales environment selling products from a Leisure retail environment i.e Motorhomes, Caravans, Marine Craft / Boats Etc…. Having the ability to quickly adapt and understand a customers requirements is essential, as is the ability to recall product information on existing and incoming vehicle stock. However, we are prepared to train the right individual who demonstrates the qualities we are requiring.

Monday – Friday working week + Saturday working is essential however this is arranged on a rota basis.

Key Objectives:

• Participation in National and Regional shows and exhibitions

· Meet and greet customers, dealing with enquiries

• Completion of all the necessary paperwork and input into the company computer system, to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of each sale
• Record each sales opportunity, contact and follow-up accurately

· Maintaining FCA compliance regulations in order to offer Finance packages to
all customers

· Confirming vehicle specs then uploading to our website

· Display and pricing of the new and used motorhomes

• Assist the Sales Manager / General Manager in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales
• Introduce and follow-up suitable sales prospects
• Ensure extensive and up-to-date knowledge regarding pricing, options, warranties, colours, standard equipment and specifications etc
• Performing any other ad hock tasks, as required, which will help to contribute to the overall performance of the Business

Person Specification

• Languages – must be fluent in English and be able to read, write & spell competently
• Stability under pressure – reacts well to change and stays positive despite setbacks
• Able to work as part of a team
• Able to adapt to the companies needs in the way we deliver our service
• Reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work
• Full Clean driving license

This is a full time, permanent position with an immediate start date available.
