Salary of £23,088 per year


Monday to Friday, with working hours between 08:30am – 5pm


37 hours per week

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Telford and contribute to our commitment to delivering outstanding service to every customer. A successful Customer Service Representative values compassion and empathy as they provide support to customers as well as advising members on policy details, resolving queries, and collaborating with financial advisors through multiple communication channels. This will include both email conversations and outbound telephone work. With numerous opportunities available due to our expanding operations, you’ll benefit from a location with limited free parking and multiple transports link within walking distance of the office. What we’re looking for:

  • Passion for assisting individuals and delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in customer-focused sectors such as call centre operations, retail, hospitality, travel is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills with a consistently positive attitude.
  • Be able to efficiently and accurately input data into systems.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, along with fundamental computer competency.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to think creatively and work cross-functionally within the job scope

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9 AM – 6 PM
  • 1 hour unpaid break
  • Paid overtime

AAR is looking for our next innovative and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to support our company in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, and results-oriented.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Manage inbound calls from customers looking for a loan with AAR
  • Cold calling current, past and potential clients to sell them our products and services
  • Use resources to contact potential customers and complete loan applications to drive sales from our partner
  • Create superior customer experiences by responding, listening, engaging and understanding the needs of current and potential customers and matching their needs to our lending solutions; demonstrating compassion and empathy toward customers to be able to hear their story and help by fulfilling our value proposition of providing access, relief and respective to the cash and credit constrained consumer
  • Accurately submit & process loan applications into the underwriting system

Job Type: Full-time
