Your Role

As a Young Persons Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver the highest standard of care while promoting independence for those we support. Your daily activities might include taking someone swimming, teaching them to cook their favourite meal, or simply being there to support their needs. Every day brings new and rewarding challenges!

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant field.
  • At least 1.5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Residency in the UK for at least 3 years (to qualify for training).
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Willingness to work any 5 days out of 7 (Full Time, 37.5 hours).
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.90 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

  • Social Care: 2 years (preferred)
