Based at our Diggerland Theme Park in Durham, you will be reporting to the Park Manager and will assist with the day to day running of the Diggerland park.
Job Role
We are recruiting for the role of Park Marshal.. At the interview stage we will discuss your skill set, experience and interested role to find you a suitable fit.
Rides & Attractions
You will be responsible for greeting & interacting with guests whilst monitoring the queue lines and checking height restrictions. Loading & offloading of guests safely on rides in a timely and orderly manner. You will ensure that your area looks at its best by keeping it free from litter at all times and taking responsibility of guest and staff safety and welfare! You will have strong communication skills with a keen, positive and friendly nature. You will have a responsible approach with good observation skills, and bags of enthusiasm and energy.
Experience
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Marshal to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires excellent hospitality skills and a strong focus on guest interaction, as well as the ability to manage various situations with poise and efficiency.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance as needed to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitor the premises to maintain safety and security for all attendees.
- Manage guest flow and assist with crowd control during events or busy periods.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints, ensuring high standards of service are upheld.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of the venue to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Assist in the implementation of emergency procedures when necessary, ensuring the safety of all guests and staff.
