This allows us to provide our clients with an unrivalled range of unique jewellery, bespoke designs by choosing from our wide range of loose diamonds, selection of rings, styles and jewellery to provide them with perfect gifts, wedding bands, earrings, bracelets and pendants. The Role
We are seeking a Jewellery Assessment Coordinator to join our operations team based in Birmingham. You will be responsible for:
- Assessing product issues and working with workshop teams to resolve them
- Track and issue repairs to the workshop
- Coordinate with regional offices for stock transfers
- Sourcing stones, findings etc for urgent orders
- Overseeing workshop repair costs
- General customer service
- Booking returns and repairs in a timely manner
- Sending products for hallmarking
- Preparing office collections, book appointments for collections
- Work with the wider team to undertake regular stock checks
What we’re looking for:
- An individual with strong knowledge of jewellery (Metals, settings, tolerances, etc)
- Product assessment
- Customer service or workshop related experience
- Customer service & handling customer queries over the phone and via email
