We are looking for an superstar administrator who thrives on being organised (and more importantly organising others) to join Designers Guild.
The role will be primarily to support the CEO and Head of HR in an administrative and organisational capacity with scope to potentially become involved in other areas (eg Creative, PR etc)
General duties will include:
- Diary management, setting up meetings, preparing agendas
- Handling telephone calls and correspondence
- Looking after visitors
- Keeping office in general good order
- Organising miscellaneous events such as staff socials, shopping nights, wellbeing initiatives etc
- Booking flights, taxis, accommodation etc.
- Administration of corporate credit card scheme
- Data entry on HR database
- Coordination of schedules for interns
- Keeping personnel files up to date
The ideal candidate will have heaps of initiative and be prepared to take on anything and everything. Strong IT skills are essential, along with fluency in both written and spoken English. Prior experience of working in an office environment would be distinctly advantageous. This role is Monday to Thursday inclusive.
