M&E Quantity Surveyor

£60,000 – 70,000 + Package

A new opportunity has arisen for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join an established Midlands based company that provides both Electrical and Mechanical design, installation and maintenance services across the health care, schools, offices, retail units and leisure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is for someone who has experience as a M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Monthly reports e.g. cost and value comparisons, turnover forecasts etc. Ensuring information is complete and accurate Involvement with monthly reporting
• Cost forecasting for projects undertaken
• Playing a supporting role in pre-tender stage
• Valuing and managing variations
• Programme management
• Preparing Cost Value Reconciliation and final accounts

Requirements:

• You will previously have worked in the Building Services industry as M&E Quantity Surveyor or with Commercial or Industrial experience
• It would be desirable if you have Mechanical or Electrical or Quantity Surveyor qualifications such as HNC, HND, or equivalent qualifications
