Job Title: Social Media Content Creator
Location: London, Greater London, Kent, Essex & Herts (Occasional travel to partner sights around the UK when required)

Partners in the Dental Beauty group are supported by a Shared Service Centre (SSC) providing a best-in-class business support function.

Role Overview:

Working across multiple dental clinics across London and the surrounding areas, your role will be to create fun, informative and professional social media and marketing content for our dental practices.

Shooting a mix of high-end video, professional photography and user generated style content. Your onsite days will be spent working with patients, dentists and practice support colleagues to create a bank of content for Dental Beauty’s Social Media accounts. Your week will be spread across visiting our practices and working from home editing the content.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site visits (2 days a week) at our practices to shoot content
• Research, plan, and script engaging videos that promote our dental practices for use on our social media channels
• Film patients receiving treatment, develop a rapport with them to make them feel comfortable during the filming process
• Create engaging content for us to use for Meta ads
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends
• Produce both professionally shot content and user-generated content (UGC) for social media and other marketing channels
• Incorporate graphics, captions, and special effects into videos as needed
• Coordinate and maintain a calendar of filming days with our dental practices
• Build positive and productive relationships with our dentists and practice teams
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support our practices and plan campaigns

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer
• Creating a good working environment for staff and patients to gain various content Understanding of professional and UGC content
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) Proficiency in Capcut Video Editor
• Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their requirements for growth
