Job Overview
To be responsible for the overall efficiency of all the Food & Beverage areas within the hotel. Ensure all F&B operational departments budgeted revenue and GOP are achieved and that through systematic training & coaching the level of service provided is conducive with a four star hotel. and all our team members live and breathe our Celeb Service ethos ensuring they deliver Standout Service to all our guests at all times, creating memorable experiences.
Duties
– Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service
– Coordinate food production and ensure timely delivery of meals
– Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for the kitchen and bar
– Supervise food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency
– Oversee bartending activities and maintain a well-stocked bar
– Implement and enforce food safety regulations and hygiene standards
– Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
– Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations
Qualifications
– Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
– Proficient in food production, including cooking techniques and menu planning
– Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
– Experience in team management, training, and development
