Job Description

New Year, New Job!

Do you want to work for an established and successful company? One with decades of experience under its roof!

I am on the hunt for Senior Children’s Support Workers to join the team at this large and newly renovated residence that can be home to 6 young girls aged between 12-17. Rated *GOOD* on Ofsted.

As the homes specialise in therapeutic EBD Care, the young people under your care can vary from ADHD and poor mental health from various traumas. Due to the vulnerability, experience in this sector is essential. However, level 3 will not as will put candidates through training.

You will be helping shape the lives of these young people, so love and care, as well as determination to guide, is one of the most important aspects. As this will be their home, you will need to make the young people feel safe and looked after.

The Support Worker will work with professionals to ensure a supportive environment that promotes the well-being and development of the children in their care.

Benefits

⭐ Paid training – clear and highly praised progression path

⭐ The home is fully staffed, including management, so support is guaranteed.

⭐ 28 days Holiday PLUS chance to increase.

⭐ Clear path for progression.

⭐ Free food/ dinners on shift.

⭐ Gym and store discounts.

⭐ Support from a Clinical psychologist monthly.
