BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The role will involve reporting, forecasting and identifying sales trends. Providing sales analysis to Trade Sales Director and National Key Accounts Manager.

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 2.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract, 1 Year. Full-time.

Location: Lisburn, BT28

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide weekly and monthly analysis, supporting Area Sales Managers/ Internal Sales with product and customer sales results per territory.
  • Responsible for managing and reporting activity and conversions on CRM.
  • Maintain and develop Power BI reports.
  • Provide reporting support for internal departments as required.
  • Produce monthly regional sales performance reports, sales vs target per product.
  • Report on new product sales as and when required.
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 years’ experience within a business or reporting administration role
  • Strong IT skills including proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and formulas).
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills to assess large volumes of data
  • Ability to use own initiative and can work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong teamwork ethic and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to be flexible in response to changing organisational requirements
  • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with ability to meet tight and changing deadlines

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience of managing large data sets and providing commentary on findings
  • Demonstrated reporting experience
  • Previous experience of Power BI
  • Previous experience using a CRM system and Navision
