We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Circular Economy (CE) Leader to join our team and champion sustainability at the core of our operations.
As a CE Lead, you will manage the performance of our CE hub, ensuring every product finds a second life while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. If sustainability excites you, and you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively drive Store CE KPIs & TO performance – providing daily updates to the CE Hub team
  • Analyse CE performance and debrief with CE team weekly. Provide performance updates at Store Management team meetings
  • Agree and implement action plans where necessary to improve performance
  • Monitor CE Commercial performance vs trajectory – discuss performance daily with CE team
  • Ensure 100% diagnosis of all products in the CE hub and monitor % of correct diagnosis Increase the ATV within the CE Hub, through:
  • Driving the sales of DIY products and repair packages
  • Ensuring the margin of buyback products through effective & accurate product grading
  • Ensuring the longevity & profitability of rental products through efficient product maintenance and subsequent sales via Second-life
  • Effectively refurbishing buyback products to achieve the highest possible TO

  • Ensure accurate operational processes across all CE Channels – Rental, Repair and Resell
  • Ensure the most up-to-date CE Hub merchandising concept is implemented in-store and actively emphasise the circular services related to the store commercial policy
  • Ensure the correct procedures are followed for each of the CE Channels. Resolving issues in understanding processes as they occur
  • Implement resources plan in line with Central CE team guidance to ensure all CE hub activity is appropriately resourced
  • Ensure the correct grading and pricing strategy for BuyBack and SecondLife is followed
  • Implement key processes as follows:
  • Booxi and iCare best practice to increase CE hub efficiency
  • Ensure the rental quality control procedure is carried out after each rental order
  • Ensure the second life & buyback stock is treated/processed to be put on sale

  • Integrate circularity within the daily actions of the store by developing a “can do” attitude and embedding the CE Business strategy across the store
  • Redefine the workshop from a single skilled cycle’s workshop to a multi-skilled multi-sport service area able to support our circular projects and customers
  • Ensure all teammates have access to the relevant tools and the recommended training pathway has been followed
  • 100% of the CE Hub team trained on correct iCare processes
  • 100% of IM’s in place to ensure focus on personal development against the agreed training path
  • 100% of the team is trained on how to process & treat a rental order
  • 100% of the team is trained on how to process a buyback
  • Reinforce the correct procedures in store to ensure the product repair & saved rate targets are achieved

  • Support & drive the growth of circular services through customer retention
  • Increase the volume and quality of reviews relating to CE channels. Following up on negative reviews as appropriate
  • Support Regional CE leader with community initiatives and events
  • Deliver first-class customer service, with a “can do” attitude and seek reviews from all CE customers
  • Support Regional and UK-wide circular initiatives

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This is a remote role that requires the successful candidate to work at our flagship store in Surrey Quays, London. The role involves working standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
