Work Locally! We serve our customers in Chorley, Leyland, Preston, Wigan and Bolton.

What we need from you

  • Minimum of 5 years experience installation on different boilers and central heating systems across a variety of manufacturers.
  • Electrical knowledge essential, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers.
  • Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating
  • A full UK driving licence with 6 points or less

Core responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone who is able to fit, commission and test heating & hot water systems to a high standard, also part of the job involves small plumbing jobs
  • The main work would be fitting boilers or full heating systems.
  • to ensure that you are able to work safely and manage risk reduction within the working environment and that your actions are appropriate for the tasks at hand
  • maintain a good customer relation with our loyal and new customers alike
  • you must have a valid Full UK driving license (essential)
  • reliable and trustworthy to maintain the company values

The right candidate must be able to:

  • have an adaptable and highly motivated approach to work
  • be smart and presentable, to convey yourself with pride
  • be polite and courteous at all times
  • a willingness to train, update and improve themselves
  • have the ability to organise, be on time, plan and prioritise work
  • basic understanding of using a phone application to log your work on site (training will be provided in-house)

The role:

We are seeking a domestic gas installation engineer, to work on our new installation contract in South Norfolk, working out of our Great Yarmouth office.

You will need:

You will have previous experience of working with Gas Installations, having the relevant domestic gas and unvented qualifications are essential, with domestic heat pump and domestic oil qualifications preferred.
