Candidate must have a full driving license with their own car and must be flexible. Duties:

-This role will be a mix of office and community based duties

– Carry out spot checks on care staff

– Carrying out client quality monitoring visits and phone calls

– Actively involve in client reviews, multidisciplinary meeting and deals with any arisen complaint.

– Monitoring the quality of work being provided by care workers on the field .

– Maintain good record of clients at all times and continually review and updating care plans as needed.

– Must be a driver as work will require you to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £24,000 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Care Work: 2 years (preferred)
