Experienced Manager

Job Description

Experienced Manager, to oversee the day to day running at a busy sheet metal fabrication business.

Must be able to fit into an already established office role which will include;

Quoting jobs

Processing orders

Scheduling work into the workshop

Maintain ongoing work to ensure jobs are completed on time and accurately

Efficiently manage sub-contractors, suppliers, workshop labour and materials.

Provide leadership, with a personable, approachable character.

High potential for the right candidate to expand the role further bringing their own knowledge base on board.

Starting Salary £46,800.00/year, 40hrs week, (room to earn more depending on capability).

• Minimum of (5) years of proven experience in a similar managerial role.
• Knowledge of sheet metal work.
• IT literate with strong administrative skills
• CAD drawing experience preferred.
• Strong people management, leadership skills
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• CSCS card and full first aid certificate (preferred but not essential, training can be provided).
• Full UK driving licence
