Here at David Wood Baking in Spalding, we are looking for a number of Engineering Technicians to complement our current Shift Engineers.

If you are a skilled machine operative looking to take the next step towards becoming an Engineer or someone with experience as an Engineer’s mate or familiarity with food production machinery who understands the maintenance requirements of bagging and flow wrap equipment, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be working alongside our Shift Engineers to ensure all our specialist packing machinery is kept in good order and you’ll easily be able to resolve minor mechanical problems to keep our baggers running. We are not just looking for a machine op, you’ll understand much more than that and you’ll be happy oiling and tweaking cogs and settings and greasing bearings.
