Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Set Up and Operate Machinery:

  • Production Monitoring:
    • Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and output.
    • Adjust machine settings, including temperature, pressure, and speed, as needed.
  • Quality Control:
    • Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
    • Perform regular quality checks and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
    • Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machines.
    • Identify and resolve mechanical or operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Follow all company and industry safety guidelines and protocols.
    • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate production logs, material usage, and machine performance data.
