Lettings Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a confident hard-working individual to join our team as a Lettings/Property Administrator to work within an established student lettings company, on a full-time basis.
You must be a well organised, self-motivated team player, able to work well in a busy environment. Ideally you will have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload.
Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial and a full clean driving licence is essential.
Your roles would include;
- Registering applicants
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Responding to lettings enquiries
- Organising property viewings
- Releasing and protecting tenant deposits
- Keeping files up to date (EPCs/Gas Safety/Electrical safety/Landlord License)
- Overseeing tenant referencing processes and drawing up tenancy agreements
- Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email enquiries
The ideal applicant will;
- Enjoy working as part of and contributing to a team
- Have a great telephone manner
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have a good command of written English and be competent with Microsoft Office, including Outlook & Excel
- Have a positive attitude
Salary is based on experience and skills, plus opportunity to earn commission in addition to annual salary.
Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm, one in four Saturdays 10am to 4pm.
In house training provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,880.00-£28,000.00 per year
