We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all store activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention strategies.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximise product visibility and sales.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate objectives, updates, and performance expectations.
• Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand’s standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring resolution in line with company policies.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity for upper management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or sales management is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in administrative tasks related to store operations.
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing customer engagement.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and staff alike.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
