Office Administrator/ Social Media Manager
Job Description
Mr Misty Ltd are looking for an office administrator and experienced social media manager in our Ipswich office. We as a company offer Window and Door repairs and new installations and strive to provide the highest level of customer service.
The position offered will be working 2 days per week in the office covering a Wednesday plus a flexible 2nd working day. The ideal candidate will be flexible to cover other staff holidays.
The role will include liaising with customers and suppliers as well as managing bookings and dealing with telephone enquiries.

The job will include
- Answering incoming calls and taking appointment bookings.
- Social media posting and engagement
- Responding to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare job sheets for the engineers daily work.
- Prepare and send quotations and emails.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
