Production Welder

Job Description

MPLOY are seeking Production Welders to support a business in Crewkerne who can offer lots of hours and ongoing work for the next 3 months minimum.

You will be working with jigs and all material already cut to size, you will just need to be able to weld it together using MID and/or TIG welding methods. The metal you will weld is usually stainless steel, and relatively thin gauge sheet metal so you will need to be a tidy welder. There is no requirement to work from drawings, or fabricate your own jobs, just to be able to perform the welding to an accepted standard.

Hours of work are 08:00 – 17:00 Mon – Thu and 08:00 – 13:00 Fri but with plenty of additional hours available through earlier starts, or Saturday working.
